Experience an unforgettable pre-New Year’s Eve celebration in Budapest with the world-renowned 100 Member Gypsy Orchestra on December 30th, 2025, at the Budapest Congress Center. As part of the MUSIC-WINE Celebration, this pre-New Year’s Eve 100 Gypsy Gala Concert & Wine Tasting & Dinner tradition combines spectacular melodies with exquisite Hungarian wines, offering guests a magical evening of culture and indulgence. With 55 sold-out performances at the prestigious Théâtre des Champs-Élysées in Paris, the 100 Member Gypsy Orchestra has earned its reputation as a global sensation. With Concert & Wine Tasting tickets starting from €60, and Concert Wine Dinner Concert Tickets from €133, you can choose between wine tasting during the concert or an elevated experience with a four-course festive dinner.
Continuing the tradition, audiences will again enjoy popular melodies by Ferenc Lehár, Imre Kálmán, and Johann Strauss, performed by two outstanding soloists: Enikő Lévai from the Budapest Operetta Theatre and Máté Fülep from the Hungarian State Opera House. The concert will conclude with the traditional Pacsirta and the Radetzky March, conducted by principal violinist József Lendvai Csócsi, accompanied by a spectacular fireworks display.

The 100 Member Gypsy Orchestra is a world-renowned musical ensemble celebrated for its unparalleled artistry and cultural significance. From mesmerizing audiences at the opening of the Lisbon World Expo to delivering a show-stopping performance at the 45th International Music Festival in Carthage before 15,000 spectators, their music transcends borders. With 55 sold-out performances at the prestigious Theatre des Champs-Élysées in Paris and annual tours in France since 1994, their legacy extends to cities across Africa, America, Asia, Australia, and Europe, making them a global treasure in the music world.
Founded in 1985, the orchestra’s creation was inspired by a deeply moving moment at the funeral of Sándor Járóka Sr., the “Prímáskirály” (King of Primás). Hundreds of musicians from across Hungary united in a heartfelt tribute, sparking the idea of forming a grand ensemble to preserve and celebrate Roma musical traditions. Their extraordinary contributions earned them the Hungarian Heritage Award in 2000 and a place in the Guinness World Records.
